Since the birth of this service-oriented organization in December of 2010, we have and continue to shovel snow off the cars and sidewalks of our seniors and the disabled population free of charge. ABC Men has been featured on news stations such as NBC, CBS, ABC, CW, Metro Newspaper and KYW 1060 Radio Station for our snow removal efforts.

ABC Men was featured on ABC's Philly Proud for it's 10 years of serving the community.

We also volunteer hours at various nursing homes (Sander House and Renaissance Nursing home) and a developmentally disabled facility (HMS-School for Cerebral Palsy). Through partnership with the City of Philadelphia and its Spring Clean-up Initiative, we clean and help to maintain our community. We host various youth empowering events/programs that help to enhance our youth on an educational, social, physical and emotional level. Some of the programs we have hosted include an annual “Youth Career Day” (past presenters: Mayor Michael Nutter, Deputy Police Commissioner Kevin Bethel, District Attorney Seth Williams, and many other professionals), field trips to the White House & Philadelphia Forensic Lab, College visits, Oral Hygiene education, etc. We collaborate with supermarkets and run a food pantry for the community. We host various drives and provide winter coats and canned food to people in need. We also run an annual Adopt-a-family program where we give out free gifts to families in need during the holidays. We continue to impact our surrounding communities with an array of programs.
